    Eastern Chamber launches two training programs for executive secretaries and Quality Management for Women















    TheEastChamberTraining Centerorganize during the month ofFebruary 2015two training programsfor womenon(the role ofthe Executive Secretariatto organize meetingsworkand reporting) and on(the principles ofquality and performancemanagement).
    Thefirst programto be heldfor three daysduring the periodFebruary 1 to 3at the headquarters ofthe mainChamberin Dammamaimsto providepostsa set ofprinciples andknowledgeof modernscientific conceptsand mechanismsdevelopedin the areas ofwork in thesecretarialandadministrationofficefor the workand the development ofmanagerialskillsandbehavioralnecessaryfor the effectiveexercise of their functions.
    Accordingly, the programaddresses a number oftopics,in the forefront ofthe modernconcept ofsecretarialandfieldsand their importance,andthe comparisonbetween the ArabsecretariesandsecretariesinJapanand European countries
    The programalso examinesthe functions ofofficemanagement andmechanisms ofexcellence inoffice workmanagement,mechanisms ofthe designand arrangement ofthe modernoffice, ITofficesand their role indoing business,processingincoming and outgoing mail(manuallyande-mail)and control thedesktopperformance,skills andaddress the problemsand emergencysituations,and the nature ofadministrative communicationand conceptandskillphone callsprocessing,receiving visitors, the artof goodlisteningand effectivemodern,
    The program reviewsa number ofthe necessaryskillsforworkersin the field ofsecretarialnotably theorganization of meetings andcommitteesskills,skillsfor effective managementWriting (correspondence, reports),and methods ofclassificationandnumberingand catalogingthe archives,and information systemsin the field ofoffice work,andinterpersonal skills.
    The programwas devoted toallworkerswiththe generalsecretariesof variousadministrativeand archives, as well asmembers ofsecretarialservicesand specialfilters forthese jobs.
    The second programaimsdefinitiontraineesset ofconcepts andfoundations ofscientific instrumentsthat are related tothe application ofqualityby employinga methodology(six sigma)invarious projects, so as tohelp themachieve higherlevelsof efficiency and effectivenessinorganizational performance.
    The program addresseswhich will be heldduring the period8February 12in the morningbusinessnewsLadiesCenterIntroduction to thequalityand conceptandelementsto which they relate,Introduction(six sigma)anddefinedlinked tothe qualityof the organizationcosts,the analysis ofthe types(MUDA)eightandhow they relate toqualitycosts,the programis based onpractical exercises.
    The program targetsqualitycoordinatorsandworkersingeneralandqualitydepartmentswho wantto workinthesedepartments in thefuture,all the members ofthe various organizationaldepartmentswhowant todevelop their ownanddepend uponthe process ofacquiringnew skillsandlife.
